The SARS-CoV2 coronavirus pandemic is a time when companies and organisations need to take particular care of strengthening their market position and ensuring the trust of their customers. How to do this? The best way is simply to communicate honestly and openly. On 24 April 2020, industry experts in PR and marketing communication talked about how to effectively plan and implement it during the epidemic, on a webinar called "Tackling the crisis with PR, or how to conduct communication during and after the pandemic", organised by the Polish Public Relations Consultancies Association (PPRCA). OneMulti was a producer pro bono of this unique online event, and our Event Team was responsible for direct supervision of the implementation.
Production of an online conference with live broadcast and moderated chat during the event.
The web event was addressed primarily to presidents, CEOs and board members of companies, as well as people responsible for communication, public relations and marketing. The aim of the online conference was to support companies facing the challenge of how to design and run an effective information strategy in times of crisis caused by the COVID-19 epidemic.
The live webinar took the form of TED speeches. The invitation was accepted by 17 speakers. Throughout the conference there was a chat room where invited partcipants could ask questions to speakers and leave comments.
Due to the circumstances of the pandemic, special precautions were taken during the implementation (in accordance with the guidelines of KPR / SKM SAR for film productions during the coronavirus pandemic). The speakers came to the studio successively, their body temperature was measured at entrance. In the studio during the recording a safe distance was kept between the host and guest. The production crew was reduced to the necessary minimum.
The event was led by two lead speakers, one of which was CEO of OneMulti - Mariusz Pleban.

We are proud of the results. The amazing event lasted 6 hours and the audience was at the level of 400 people for almost the entire duration of the stream (over 600 people were registered in total).
