HUAWEI eco-CONNECT | CEE & NORDIC 2017

More than 100 companies and organisations representing the ICT industry and business customers from Central and Eastern Europe and Scandinavia met in Prague to participate in the HUAWEI eco-CONNECT CEE & NORDIC conference.

This event named "Leading New ICT - The Road to Digital Transformation" was an opportunity to exchange experiences, learn about the latest trends and share best practices in the field of digital transformation.

Our consultants provided various communication services for this event.

The two-day meeting, organized in the historic Zofin Palace on the bank of Vltava river in Prague, was attended by more than 400 participants from all over Europe

Our assistance consisted of advisory and communication support of the client during the conference. We prepared and run live video streaming on YouTube, broadcasted from 5 cameras.

We also took care of other social media channels, running on-site documentary (including creation of graphics and photos) on Twitter. The content was prepared in real time, on the spot during the event, documenting individual speeches, presentations and panels.

We provided support and supervision for advertising campaigns in social media (Twitter and LinkedIn). Using the SocialWall tool, we presented in real time to the participants their own tweets and mentions from the event, i.e. user generated content, created by the guests themselves.

We took care of media relations around the conference, as well as provided photos and videos from the event.

Our activities reached over half a million people in 25 European countries. The organic reach was 226,000. We recorded 111 live mentions during the event.

The handling of such a difficult event, and in addition abroad, perfectly illustrates our flexibility in action and interdisciplinary ability to combine tools from such areas as content marketing, event marketing, social media and media relations.
